Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Rashid Meredov held a meeting with the Chargé d'Affaires of the United States of America to Turkmenistan, Christine Hawkins. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.

During the talks, the parties discussed key areas of bilateral cooperation, including the development of political and diplomatic dialogue, as well as strengthening ties in trade, economic, cultural, and humanitarian fields. In addition, the diplomats exchanged views on topical issues on the regional and international agendas of mutual interest. Following the meeting, both sides reaffirmed their mutual commitment to further strengthening constructive Turkmen-American cooperation.
