On July 24, President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov held a Cabinet of Ministers meeting via digital system, at which a number of state issues were reviewed. During the meeting, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan Nokergeldi Atagulyyev reported on preparations for the retail sale of school supplies and textile products ahead of the new academic year. This was reported by the State News Agency of Turkmenistan.

The deputy prime minister proposed launching the sale of goods for pupils and students in the velayats, etraps, as well as in the cities of Ashgabat and Arkadag starting August 1. Having heard the report, President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov emphasized the need to organize the work of mobile trading points based on a study of public demand, approved the proposal, and gave the relevant instructions.
