Ashgabat hosted the Turkmen-Uzbek Business Forum, aimed at further strengthening bilateral economic cooperation. The event brought together representatives of key ministries, state agencies, and leaders of more than 40 top enterprises from both countries. This was reported by an online newspaper «Turkmenistan: Golden age».

Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Uzbekistan to Turkmenistan Ravshanbek Alimov addressed the forum participants. The diplomat expressed gratitude to the Turkmen side for the high-level organization of the event and emphasized Uzbekistan's readiness to expand industrial cooperation, particularly in the production of building and finishing materials, metal structures, and chemical products.

The Head of the Diplomatic Mission expressed deep appreciation to President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov and National Leader of the Turkmen People, Chairman of the Halk Maslakhaty Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov for their comprehensive support in fostering good-neighborly relations and creating a favorable environment for business communities in both nations.
