On August 17, President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed a Decree relieving Dovlet Rozymyradovich Jumayev of his duties as hakim of Avaza etrap of Turkmenbashy city, Balkan velayat, and as chairman of the Main Directorate for the Administration of the National Tourist Zone «Awaza».

By another Decree, the Head of State appointed Soyunchnazar Nurnazarovich Selimov as hakim of Avaza etrap of Turkmenbashy city, Balkan velayat, and as chairman of the Main Directorate for the Administration of the "Avaza" National Tourist Zone.
