Turkmenistan and Finland Expand Cooperation in Digital Transformation

Representatives of the International University for Humanities and Development are participating in a study tour to Helsinki, Finland, from August 17 to 22, as part of the European Union's regional project "Digital Connectivity in Central Asia" (C4CA). The event aims to exchange experiences and strengthen international cooperation in digital transformation, communications technologies, and digital infrastructure.

The project is being implemented by Laurea University of Applied Sciences jointly with the Finnish Institute of Public Administration (HAUS).

During the visit, N. Shikhlyev, Vice-Rector of the International University for Humanities and Development, held substantive talks with the project's leaders, discussing priority areas of cooperation and opportunities for joint initiatives in education and research. An important outcome of the meeting was an agreement to implement part of the project at the International University for Humanities and Development.

The participants of the visit also learned about Finland's experience in digital development, electronic infrastructure, and the integration of digital solutions into higher education and public administration, and established new partnerships with their European colleagues.
