President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov congratulated the participants of the final stage of the “Çalsana, bagşy!” competition held among dutar performers and bagshy musicians. The Head of State wished the young performers creative success, good health and new achievements in the development of the national musical art. This was reported by the electronic newspaper “Turkmenistan: Golden age”.

The congratulatory message notes that the state currently attaches great importance to the development of culture and national heritage, as well as to the promotion of the traditional art of bagshy performers. It emphasizes that cultural diplomacy contributes to strengthening friendship, peace and cooperation among nations.

Honorable President Serdar Berdimuhamedov stressed that the “Çalsana, bagşy!” competition helps discover young talents, increases young people's interest in the national musical art and encourages the creation of new musical works.
