Ambassador of Turkmenistan to Japan Atadurdy Bayramov took part in events related to the "Program for Familiarization with Japanese National Traditions," held in the city of Gifu (Japan) on the initiative of the Imperial Household of that country.

The mayor of Gifu, representatives of the Imperial Household of Japan and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan, as well as heads and representatives of diplomatic missions accredited in Japan, took part in the aforementioned events.

As part of the event, Ambassador Atadurdy Bayramov, speaking on behalf of the diplomatic corps accredited in Japan, noted the important role of developing cultural and humanitarian cooperation in strengthening bilateral friendly relations between the countries.

Detailed information was also provided about the work being carried out in our country to spread the fame of Akhal-Teke horses around the world and to widely promote their historical and cultural significance in connection with the designation of 2026 as "Independent Neutral Turkmenistan — the Homeland of Purposeful Winged Horses".
