On August 23, Ambassador of Turkmenistan to the State of Qatar Myratgeldi Seyitmammedov met in Doha with Fahad Hamad Al-Sulaiti, Director General of the Qatar Development Fund.

During the meeting, the Ambassador presented the high-level events being held in Turkmenistan to mark the declaration of 2026 as the year "Independent Neutral Turkmenistan: Homeland of Purposeful Winged Horses," as well as in honor of the 35th anniversary of independence.

Additionally, the sides explored opportunities for implementing joint projects between the Qatar Development Fund and Turkmenistan across various sectors in the future.
