Noting that the successful holding of the first Kurultai elections, which received widespread popular support, represents an important step in implementing reforms to refine the system of state power and governance, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov expressed confidence that the traditionally friendly relations between Turkmenistan and the Republic of Kazakhstan will continue to develop dynamically across various fields.
