Turkmen musicians are taking part in the eighth international Tsinandali Festival of Classical Music. This was reported by the Embassy of Turkmenistan in Georgia.

They represent Turkmenistan as members of the Pan-Caucasian Youth Orchestra, which also brought together young musicians from Georgia, Turkey, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Kazakhstan, Moldova, Ukraine, and Uzbekistan.

A musician of the Mukams Palace of the State Cultural Center of Turkmenistan served as concertmaster of the orchestra.

The festival opens unique opportunities for young musicians for professional development and improvement of performance skills, as well as for gaining valuable knowledge and practical experience within the framework of seminars and master classes conducted by outstanding representatives of contemporary classical music.

As part of the festival, Dovlet Seyitmammedov, Ambassador of Turkmenistan to Georgia, met with the festival organizers and with the Turkmen musicians.

During the meeting, the Ambassador noted that the Tsinandali Festival is an important international platform that brings together musicians from different countries and contributes to the development of cultural dialogue and creative cooperation. He wished the festival further prosperity and success, and wished its participants inspiration, brilliant performances, and new creative achievements.

The Tsinandali Festival has established itself as a significant international cultural event, serving as a kind of bridge between Europe and Asia and making a substantial contribution to the development of musical art. The festival runs from September 3 to 13, 2026.
