President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov sent a heartfelt congratulatory address to President of the People's Republic of China Xi Jinping and Premier of the State Council Li Qiang on the occasion of the founding anniversary of the People's Republic of China. This was reported by the State News Agency of Turkmenistan.

In his letter, the Head of State highly commended China's achievements on its path to modernization and its significant contribution to promoting global cooperation based on principles of mutual respect and equality. It was also noted that Turkmenistan attaches special importance to strengthening the level of trust and mutual understanding with China, as both countries maintain active cooperation across the trade-economic, energy, transport, and humanitarian fields.

The Esteemed President Serdar Berdimuhamedov expressed firm confidence that joint efforts will continue to enrich the Turkmen-Chinese partnership with new content. In conclusion of his address, the Head of State wished the leadership of the People's Republic of China good health and new achievements, and extended wishes of peace, progress, and prosperity to the friendly people of China.
