On November 2, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov held a working meeting via a digital system with the participation of Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Tangryguly Atahallyev and the governors (hyakims) of the velayats. During the meeting, the regional governors and the Vice-Prime Minister reported on the current state of affairs in the agricultural fields. It was noted that extensive work is underway to harvest the cotton crop without losses, utilize agricultural machinery at full capacity, and complete wheat sowing within the prescribed agrotechnical deadlines. Appropriate measures are also being taken to harvest and deliver winter potatoes, vegetable and melon crops, rice in Dashoguz and Lebap velayats, and sugar beets in Mary velayat to the population.

Additionally, reports highlighted preparations to ensure the uninterrupted operation of heating systems in educational, cultural, and public institutions, as well as residential buildings across the regions for the winter season. Reports were also presented regarding preparations for the upcoming Nationwide Tree Planting Campaign, the widely celebrated Harvest Festival (Hasyl toýy), and quality control over the construction of facilities scheduled for commissioning.
