President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov sent a congratulatory Address to skilled specialists and industry workers on the occasion of the Day of Workers of the Construction and Industrial Complex. In his message, the Head of State highlighted the strategic role of the complex in transforming the national economy, expanding export capabilities, and improving the living conditions of the population, as reported by the State News Agency of Turkmenistan.

As noted in the message, the implementation of state programs has resulted in the continuous commissioning of modern building complexes for educational, healthcare, industrial, and social purposes. Bright evidence of the rapid pace of development in the construction sector throughout this year includes the opening of major facilities such as the new building complexes of the Turkmen State Institute of Architecture and Construction and the Seyitnazar Seydi Turkmen State Pedagogical Institute, the International Oncological Scientific and Clinical Center, the International Pediatric Center, the Dental Center, and new additional buildings at the "Archman" sanatorium.

The Head of State drew attention to the harmonious blend of national architectural traditions and international experience, highly commending the construction of the "smart" city and residential complexes in Ashgabat, Arkadag city, and the velayats. Furthermore, significant work was highlighted across the industrial, electric power, chemical, and road construction sectors regarding the efficient use of local raw materials, the expansion of import-substituting production, and the enhancement of transport and logistics capabilities through the construction of international express highways.
