The composition of the Turkmen – Azerbaijan Joint Commission on Transport, Transit and Logistics from the Turkmen side was approved. President Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed the corresponding Decree at a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers of the country, announced the “Watan” news program of the Turkmen television.
The head of state singing the document, emphasized the important role of the work of this Commission in the implementation of major transport and logistics projects, the transit and export potential of the two countries, in strengthening cooperation between business communities, and also friendship and brotherhood of the Turkmen and Azerbaijani peoples.
Let us remind you, that the Agreement between the Government of Turkmenistan and the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan on the establishment of the Turkmen – Azerbaijani Joint Commission on Transport, Transit and Logistics was signed on November 28, 2018 as a result of the working visit of the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev to Ashgabat.
