Baku International Sea Trade Port and the Turkish company Albayrak Holding signed a cooperation agreement. During the signing ceremony of the Documents, the General Director of the Baku Port, Taleh Ziyadov, announced the launch of the Ro-Ro terminal, scheduled for August this year.
Taking into account the joint partnership with the ports of Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan, it is planned to build a sustainable supply chain. Within the framework of the signed agreement, the Turkish company Albayrak Holding will also participate in the development of the solution.
Among other things, the construction of a terminal for transshipment of mineral fertilizers continues in the Baku port. According to the results of the first quarter of 2023, the initial performance indicators of this terminal will be calculated. The Turkish holding Albayrak will receive 49% of its stake.
