In the conference hall of the "Dayanch" health center, located in the "Awaza" National Tourist Zone, a training seminar titled "The Deserving Role of Trade Unions in the Social Life of the Country" was held from March 30 to April 4, 2026. The event was attended by chairpersons, treasurers, members of auditing committees, and Council members of the trade unions for Transport and Road Workers, Trade and Entrepreneurship Workers, and Construction and Industrial Workers of the National Center of Trade Unions of Turkmenistan (NCTUT).

Within the framework of the seminar, special attention was paid to the methods of organizing and managing work in primary organizations, as well as the maintenance of relevant documentation. Specialists conducted training sessions on the "Labor Code of Turkmenistan" and other regulatory legal acts, providing detailed consultations on issues arising in daily activities.

One of the main topics of the seminar was the proper conduct of financial and auditing work. Participants engaged in a Q&A session regarding the procedure for using financial resources and the specifics of the auditing committee's work. These trainings were aimed at further improving the organization's activities.

During the events, special speeches and interviews were prepared for the media, and interesting roundtable discussions were recorded. Participants exchanged experiences regarding the role of trade unions in the social life of the country.

The training seminar was not limited to theory but also featured a rich cultural and sports program. Excursions to the "Awaza" National Tourist Zone were organized for the participants, along with physical education, health, and cultural events. This contributed to the effective rest of the employees and the strengthening of mutual relations.
