The Presidents of Russia, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Azerbaijan, and Kyrgyzstan noted in their messages that this great holiday is a vivid symbol of the unbreakable will of our brotherly peoples, their unparalleled courage, their heroic struggle for peace and freedom, as well as their mutual unity and solidarity.
President Serdar Berdimuhamedov was also congratulated by Dmitry Kobitsky, Secretary General of the CIS Interparliamentary Assembly Council, Bakytzhan Sagintayev, Chairman of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission, Mihail Mishustin, Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation, and Dmitry Medvedev, Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of the Russian Federation.
