A Call Center of the State Customs Service of Turkmenistan enhances efficiency in citizen services

A call center of the State Customs Service of Turkmenistan, launched this year, has quickly become a key component in improving the efficiency of the customs system, according to the service's press service.

An analysis of incoming inquiries revealed that questions related to customs clearance of goods and the regulation of export-import operations are of greatest interest to citizens and businesses. Furthermore, a significant portion of inquiries concern border crossing procedures and the specifics of specific checkpoints.

From February to April of this year, help desk specialists successfully processed 201 inquiries.

Consultative support is available by phone at 39-41-39. The help desk operates six days a week, Monday through Saturday. Calls are received from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with Sundays being a day off.
