On September 19, President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed two Decrees.

According to the first Decree, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Islamic Republic of Iran (city of Tehran) Ylyas Akmuhammedovich Gayypov has been simultaneously appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Republic of Ghana.

According to the second Decree, Permanent Representative of Turkmenistan to the United Nations (city of New York, USA) Vepa Segsengeldiyevich Hajiyev has been simultaneously appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Republic of Cuba.
