Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan will increase cargo transportation
“Uztemiryulconteiner” JSC, which is the official freight forwarder on the railways of Uzbekistan, and the International Seaport of Turkmenbashi signed a Memorandum of Understanding in the field of transport.
The agreement was signed during the International Transport Forum, held in Turkmenistan from 18 to 19 July.
Within the framework of bilateral meetings, representatives of Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan agreed to expand mutually beneficial partnership and build up transit and transport potential. In accordance with the Document, the cargo flow in the region will be increased through the use of international multimodal routes.
