On February 17, 2026, a briefing was held at the Embassy of Turkmenistan in Georgia for representatives of Georgian media, dedicated to the 2026 motto: “Independent neutral Turkmenistan — the homeland of purposeful winged horses”.
Journalists from 1TV (First Channel), the TV channel «Объектив», the business publication "The Georgian Business Week", media holding “Europa 24,” the organization “Georgia Press,” the news agency “News Day Georgia,” the online publication “Geoecohub,” newspapers «Resonans», «Многонациональная Грузия», «Свободная Грузия», «Комсомольская правда», «Vecherni Tbilisi», «Vrastan» and representatives of the Georgian Analytical Center “Geocase” participated in the briefing.
Speaking to those present, Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Turkmenistan to Georgia, Dovletmyrat Seyitmammedov, noted that the 2026 motto reflects national development priorities, national unity, and the role of Akhal-Teke horses as a symbol of Turkmenistan’s drive for progress and high achievements.
The "Georgian Business Week" Editor-in-Chief V. Miroshnichenko presented the magazine on Turkmenistan. He emphasized that the magazine provides a wide range of readers with the opportunity to become better acquainted with Turkmenistan, as well as with the dynamically developing Turkmen-Georgian partnership, which contributes to strengthening friendship and well-being between the two peoples.
Honored journalist of Georgia, Professor B. Nachkebia, highlighted the significance of the policy of neutrality pursued by the President of Turkmenistan, which contributes to strengthening peace worldwide and developing friendly and fraternal ties between nations.
