Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Bahar Seyidova reported on the ongoing preparations for organizing celebrations dedicated to International Women’s Day.
As reported, a series of events will be held in the provinces and in the cities of Ashgabat and Arkadag. At the Center of Public Organizations, a ceremonial song and music conference and the exhibition “Ene hüwdüsi – iň kämil eser” will take place; at the State Museum of the State Cultural Center, a conference and the exhibition “Ogulabat ejäniň el hünäri türkmen zenanlarynyň görelde mekdebidir” will be organized; and at the Museum of Fine Arts, the exhibition “Şekillendiriş sungatynda zenan waspy” will be held. In addition, the results of a contest announced in honor of International Women’s Day will be presented.
Meanwhile, theaters will host performances, and cinemas and cinema-concert centers will screen Turkmen films. Concerts will also be organized.
Having heard the report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov emphasized the importance of properly organizing events for International Women’s Day in the provinces and in the cities of Ashgabat and Arkadag. He instructed the Deputy Prime Minister to ensure proper preparation for the celebratory concert involving cultural figures and masters of art and to guarantee its high level.
