At the regular meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan held on March 13 via the digital system, Deputy Prime Minister N. Atagulyyev reported on the practical steps being taken to ensure Turkmenistan’s high-level participation in the World Specialized Exhibition EXPO 2027, which will take place in Belgrade, Republic of Serbia.
As reported, within the framework of preparations for the upcoming exhibition, which will be held under the motto “Play for Humanity: Sport and Music for All,” construction and installation works, as well as equipment and design arrangements for the national pavilion of Turkmenistan, are currently underway. Turkmenistan will participate in the exhibition under the motto “Türkmenistan – parahatçylygyň owazy, saglygyň mekany” (“Turkmenistan – the melody of peace, the land of health”).
In this regard, the Deputy Prime Minister submitted the relevant proposal to the Head of State for consideration.
After hearing the report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov noted that Turkmenistan regularly participates in major international events, which contributes to the development of trade and economic relations with foreign countries. Approving the proposal for Turkmenistan’s participation in EXPO 2027, the Head of State instructed the Deputy Prime Minister to carry out the necessary work in this direction.
