On March 23, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, Rashid Meredov, met with the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the United States of America to Turkmenistan, Elizabeth Rood.
During the meeting, the sides discussed in detail current issues of cooperation between Turkmenistan and the United States in areas of mutual interest.
Special attention was paid by the diplomats to the results of the visit of the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan, esteemed Hero-Arkadag, to the United States of America in February of this year.
