Passenger trains schedule updated
Regular railway communication between the velayats is partially resumed in Turkmenistan. The Agency “Turkmendemiryollary” (“Turkmen Railways”) from July 1 updates the schedule of railway flights. In accordance with the new schedule, passenger trains run in the following directions daily:
- Ashgabat-Turkmenbashi;
- Ashgabat-Dashoguz;
- Ashgabat-Turkmenabat;
- Ashgabat-Mary;
- Ashgabat-Amu Darya.
Residents of the velayats to arrive in Ashgabat, and all citizens to arrive in Turkmenbashi, must have a negative PCR test with them, made 72 hours before departure.
The list of documents to visit the “Avaza” National Tourist Zone remains the same.
It is available to get tickets online 5 days in advance, 1 day in advance or on the day the trains depart.
