Turkmenistan and Georgia increase trade circulation
The trade turnover between Georgia and Turkmenistan increased in the first half of 2022.
According to statistics, the total volume of trade in the reporting period amounted to 112,5 million USD, which is 19,3% more than in the same period of the previous year – 94,3 million USD.
In January-June 2022, Turkmenistan’s exports to Georgia amounted to 102,2 million USD. This is 16% more than in the same period in 2021 – 87,5 million USD.
During this period, Turkmenistan increased imports from Georgia by 52%. Compared to last year, the amount increased to 10,3 million USD.
