On February 6, 2026, an event dedicated to the motto of 2026 "Independent, permanently neutral Turkmenistan — homeland of purposeful winged racehorses" as well as the presentation of the book by the President of Turkmenistan "Neutrality of Turkmenistan – a bright path to peace and trust," took place at the Embassy of Turkmenistan in the Republic of India.
In his speech, Ambassador Shalar Geldinazarov spoke about the high-level international conferences held in 2025 - "International Year of Peace and Trust," as well as important events that will take place in Turkmenistan in 2026.
The Ambassador noted that the new book by the President of Turkmenistan "Neutrality of Turkmenistan – a bright path to peace and trust" is a valuable gift for the Turkmen people and foreign readers. He emphasized that the new book will become a valuable source for scientific study of the principle of neutrality of our country and promotion of its peace-loving foreign policy in the world.
